Bloated pain in my gut

Have a hernia on right side of belly button that had never been painful but has been pushed back in after GF layed on top after sex. it didnt hurt didn't even notice any pain till about a hour later. now I have to get up and down as gently as i can manage due to a painfull gassy bloating feeling. I can pee and pass gas just fine havnt had my daily bowlmovment yet tody it's to early.
