Since the beginning of july my skin has developed small white pus filled blisters in excessive amounts near the chest and the back area and also on my hands and legs. Skin gets highly irritating on exposure to sun even for a short duration.

Get yourself examined by a good dermatologist. Dr.Suruchi Puri is a well known dermatologist in Delhi and since you stay in Delhi u can very well visit her in janak Puri , B-2/31 New Delhi 58 . Once the diagnosis is done you can follow the treatment. And try to cover your sun exposed areas as sun is attributable to your condition
