Hello, I understand your condition. It is a ulcer that which occurs due to the change in the PH of the oral cavity. I would like to tell you that if a ulcer occurs then it stays atleast for 7 days to 15 days no matter what. Even if you take medications it takes that time to regress. But this not the same always there are some which regress within less span of time. Do not worry continue the medications for 5 days and you will see the improvement. Thank you
