Blister in my corner of my outside lips

I got a blister 5 days ago in my corner of my lower lips . It bursted, now the blister look like in the image i had uploaded and now my right side face is swelling, pain in my gum and  jawline. Whole right side face is paining. Need suggestions.

There is infection. Take Amoxicillin and clavunic acid tablet 1-0-1 for 5days Zerodol sp 1-0-1for 3 days
