I had blighted ovum and went for d&e three days ago. What is the chance of next pregnancy? Would it be healthy? When can I try next?

Blighted ovum is mostly a sporadic event with no increased risk of abnormal pregnancy next time. Let 3 months pass and then you may try for pregnancy. Also start folic acid supplements
