Bleeding while on oral birth control

I've been on the pill for about a year now, though I took a break for a month two cycles ago and started back on the last cycle. This current cycle, I began bleeding today about halfway through my pack - I should have about 11 days before my next period. I had sex (with a condom every time) every day from Thursday the 27th-Saturday the 29th.
