I am female, When I poop there is some bleeding, i dont feel any stomach pain, just when i come back from work i poop and saw there were blood, thinking maybe its period but it not.

Looks like its the starting of haemarhoids. You need soften your stools and eat green leafy vegetables more. Avoid non veg. You will have to take sitz bath. Start taking fibrous rich diet including oats, barley etc. Eat fruits which help to creat a bulk in the stool. If there is excessive of bleeding then rake tablet transamic acid 1 tab 2 times a day for 2 days
