Bleeding when excrete

It has happened five times in last 15 days that when I go for excretion there is a blood loss.last year I took medicines and got well but now it has occurred again.please suggest

Hello.. Common causes of bleeding while passing motions are fissure and hemorrhoids/piles...please consult a gen surgeon and get examined first..you may require a procedure of its any of the above mentioned cause..or if normal you will have to undergo colonoscopy
