I had a wart 2 years back,it was of normal colour then,now it is turning red and paining also and i think blood is comming out of it,do i need to worry about it or what i am supposed to do

Hii If the condition is definitely a wart , the present situation sounds like some secondary infection over the wart .. use an antibiotic cream And consult a dermatologist for excision if the wart
