We have sexual intercourse before 3 days and we use condom...2nd day causes fever and 3rd day it causes spots of some blood from vagina..what are the possibilities...but my boyfriend touch his penis to vagina without condom

Please meet a gynaecologist personally. It could be a superficial injury or infection. It will be possible to solve your problem only after examination. In the meantime, avoid sex till you are diagnosed and treated

The cause of fever is infection in urine if burnings ,spotting is due to injury  or periods .
