I have grade 1 piles.The pile mass remains the same even after the consumption  of medicines.Does it because of the excessive intake of laxatives?

Hi 1st degree internal pile mass can be seen through proctoscopy only. If you have mass per rectum then it is either 2nd or 3rd degree. Also it may be a sentinel pile due to chronic fissure which many feel as piles. Mostly medicines wont help to reduce the mass. Surgical intervention is must.
