I have chocolate cyst 5.2*4.1 cm in left ovary. I was taking dinogest 2 mg (take for 20 days and give a gap of 10 days). Now my doctor has said to take it continuously without break for a year and increased dosage to 4mg. Initially while taking it continuously I was having spotting but now I have periods and even taking tranexa 500 mg for 5 days bleeding has reduced but not stop. I tend to bleed more while doing exercise. My doctor said it is normal and it will stop. But it has been 14  day with bleeding. Latest USG: endometrium is central and isoechoic measuring 4.4 mm Should I stop dinogest. Pls help
