Bleeding not stopping with pause mf

Hello! This cycle I had light flow which continued even after 4 days of normal bleeding. On day 9, while still bleeding, i started with pause mf 500 twice a day..today is day 12 and i am still bleeding. My home pregnancy test was negative. I checked as i am planning for a baby. What can i do to stop bleeding. Pls guide.
