Hi, i was 12weeks pregnant and i had my abortion on 21st may and its already over a month now. I am not having heavy bleeding but spotting is there ( minimal) is it normal to have old blood lump discharge even after 1 month? And i noticed milk secretion ( only on pressing) and a bit on nipples, there is no pain but do I need to take any medicine or let it be like this and it will automatically stop? Doctor told me a medicine called 'Tab Caberlin' but i have read there are many side affects if you stop it by medicines . I am concerned, please help me
