Bleeding middle of the cycle

I was facing bleeding in my middle of the cycle. Before pregnancy I have the same problem after medication I got pregnancy and had a baby. After 5 years It was repeated with the same issue. I'm not ready to go, to the hospital in this pandeamic situation can any one suggest me to over come with this situation. We are now planning for another child. Is there any exercises for this problem. Please help me with this.

Get thyroid test done empty stomach early morning Start Tablet Normoz once a day for a month at bedtime Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner at the bedtime daily for 3 months
Next Steps
Take Tablet Letrozole 2.5 mg at bedtime daily for five days from day 2-6 of periods. Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 onwards. Joined after double line in I know kit. Take Tablet Duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 10 days from day 16-25 of cycle
