I am seriously worried about the blood line that is visible sometimes in my vagina in normal days Is it serious ?

It can be due to vaginitis which is a common infection in ur age group. No it is not serious. Do u have pain?. In case u have any complaints then it can be managed. If no complaints then there is no need to start treatment.
