My problem is bleeding in my stool, but not pain, doctor is saying this is not piles, please suggest me best medicine for my problem.

I strongly advice to get a proper exam by a specialist for a correct diagnosis.  Problems like piles, fissure and fistula are commonly confused with. If you can come to shalimar bagh, then i can see you or you can see a specialist close to your place.. bit set a specialist for a correct diagnosis.
