Hello, You really need to contnue taking your medication. Depression is  a common co-morbidity associated with borderline personality disorder. So kindly visit your consulting psychiatrist at the earliest. Secondly, the bleeding that you are experiecing is most likely a separate problem. The nasal mucosa gets dry if you have deviated nasal septum and can scabs, which may fall off when we pick the nose or when we clean it. You need consult with a ENT specialist for this problem.
