I am bleeding for last 45 days. I have small inter muller fibroid. Before this cycle I missed my period.

Hormonal imbalance due to perimenopausal age . What's the size of fibroid I don't think small size cause bleeding for such a long time. Consult to gynecologist and take her opinion to stop the bleeding.
