I got my periods on 8 th of June this month which were delayed for 11 days. It lasted only for 2 hrs and since then I am passing very little blood and 1 to 2 small clots ina day. Did my pelvic abdominal ultrasound which is normal. I am not pregnant. I took 2 triamcinole injection in last month may be on 22 may for my shoulder and neck pain issues. Can that be the reason? And do I just ignore it now?

There can be multiple causes if this has happened only once just wait for next cycle. Otherwise Consult a gynecologist to rule out other causes of irregular bleeding like thyroid disorders etc... if everything comes out to be normal u can start Ocps to regulate ur cycles.
