I'm pregnant, 12 weeks running, I had a spotting for 2 days in the morning and evening, after the next day whole day had spotting and night increased bleeding with clots and also cramping with back pain. I'm little worried. I had consulted gynaecologist prescribed gestofit 300mg. Kindly help with yours suggestions.
