Due to low haemoglobin blood  count is 10.8 as per Doctors advice iron supplements  Livogen is presently administered . Post prescription of Livogen hardening of stool and thus  bleeding has started

do u have piles or not.. if yes.. than it needs to b treated to overcome bleeding and anaemia. for constipation any stool softener can b used along with fiber rich diet
