My period end on the 4 of March and 9 days later I'm bleeding again but it's very light as first now after 3 days it's bleeding a little heavier

Once in a while because of hormonal disturbance or stress or cyst in previous cycle you may get intermenstrual spotting. If bleeding is heavy consult gynecologist. If not heavy; wait for 2 to 3 days for spontaneous stoppage. If doesn't stop consult gynecologist. If stops monitor next period.
