Bleeding at the day of periods date

No withdrawal bleeding happened...but bleeding started at the exact date of periods tht is after 13 days which was my exact period date. Are these my periods or is this withdrawl bleeding. Please clear my doubt. If this is withdrawl when will i get my real periods.my date was 15th September

Normal periods means a withdrawal bleeding... There is not difference between them as its the lining shading... So don't expect your period immediately at  your normal time
