Bleeding & pain during stool - Piles

From the last 7 - 8 days, I am suffering from bleeding & pain during stool and itching and burning in the anus sometimes not whole day. My Age is 31 and I do not have any problem while walking or seating. 1 - Is it Piles or Anal Fissure? 2 - Can  I take Anovate ointment and Daflon 500 mg Tablet?

Do sitz  bath that will help you more. Drink plenty of water. Take high fibre diet. Yes you can apply anovate 3 Times in a day. U can take daflon500 6 tablets for 4days and 4 tablet's for 3 days. Stop eating spicy food
