After taking unwanted 72 after one week , there is bleeding in urine and pain in abdominal area. No bleeding like periods, blood is only during urine

This is haematuria due to severe Urinary infection. I recommend Urine routine and culture Morning midstream urine Wait for few more days for your bleeding. It will definitely be delayed . Nothing to worry
