My wife whose weight is on a higher side, now a days experiencing bleeding (outside her regular period) after strenuous exercise. We did consulted a gynae and her TFTs were normal and USG pelvis showed very few small ~2mm ovarian cysts. Dr said to reduce weight and no meds given. Can someone please advise if there something wrong when it bleeds after doing strenuous exercises and any possible solutions or management. Thanks.
