My periods ended on 8th September. I had sex on 9th and 17th. Some bleeding started happening after sex on 17th. I always have pain during sex, more like a burning sensation. I also had PCOD. I do experience vaginal discharge most of the days. What could be the reason behind this bleeding? And is it a cause of worry?

You might be having genital infection or cervical erosion. You should take proper course of treatment for that.
