After having sex with my husband I am spotting. We climax at the same time and when he pull out there is blood on his penis and when I wash there is blood on my towel. And its not time for my menstruation

If you are having post coital bleeding it could be either due to trauma or infections on cervix or polyp etc. You need to get yourself examined and also a pap smear is needed and accordingly further treatment can be given.
