Uterine bleeding is known to occur at times after delivery. But sometimes other causes can also result in it. Like subinvolution of uterus, uterine polyp formation, endometritis....so it would be best to visit the gynecologist who has delivered you and get help.
The doctor will do your tests, and ultrasound, and according to your reports may suggest a medicine or ask you to go for a D&C.......what ever be the suggestion, abide by it.
