Bleeding after 2yrs of uterus removal

Hi Doctor, I had removed by uterus 2yrs back but today I was bleeding. Also I got a feeling like I used to get when I had got periods after that I was bleeding but the bleeding was very minimal..Please help me to get the solution as I m afraid what is the problem.

If bleeding after uterus removal , she need an examination and scan. Possibility of cancer has to be ruled out
