Bled twice while passing stool

Once 4 days ago and another time today, I bled while passing stool. Although there was no pain while passing stool, while flushing I saw bright red blood along with it. It did sting a bit for two days after the bleeding. I looked into it and thought it could be anal fissure. But I need to be sure as im loosing blood. I am Female, 25 years.

If it's paining whole passing stools then it could be fissure , but if it's painless , then hemorrhoids or piles. So treatment should be started accordingly after proper examination
