Bleaching cream hyperpigmentation

Hi doctor, I have been using a skin bleaching cream and the cream has left me with some open sores and some darker skin to what it previously was, adding onto that my skin looks almost "chared" it looks very dry and plasticsy. And I've been using this cream for approximately a month. Please help me how do I return my skin to normal ?0
