My 3 years old son had bleeding in nose today while he was visiting fire station as a field trip in his school , after visit while boarding the vehicle he had bleeding . His teacher was saying may be due to too hot climate it happens. But it stopped after a while she said. Please let us know how can we react on this incident . Even my daughter was there in the same trip and no other kid had this issue.
just like the teacher said, some kids are sensitive to hot climate and experience nasal bleeding.
kindly apply ice packs over your childs nose for 5 minutes twice daily for the next 3-4 days and it should be alright.
if he has a cold, kindly get it treated and give him steam inhalation.
if he has a habit of picking his nose exxcessively, make him stop as that may be a causative factor
