Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have a swelling in my lower stomach near bladder, and burning sensation when it swole up. When I rest on my back or sleep, it get backs to normal. I don't find any difficulty in passing urine but there is bloating in my stomach and bladder most of the time in a day. Please help which doctor to consult for best results and get cured.
