I am having one side head ache hence taking Naxdom 500 and I observed black stool today. Can it be due to medicine effect ? I have hyper acidity and keep burping all day too

Simple dark coloured stools are normal. But jet black tarry stools would mean ulcer bleed. Some stool test can help further.
