Hi doctor, I am 6 week pregnant and from 3 days i am experiencing black stool and some stomach pain.is it something harm with my pregnancy.i am having tablets: sr-500, naturogest sr-200 and foly sg. I had a previous abortion on october due to less fhr:54bpm

Black stools and stomach pain in pregnancy are known side effects because of Iron tablets consumption. Further evaluation may he required if symptoms worsen

Take plenty of water Syrup Lactulose 4tsf odhs for 3 days Continue folic acid tablets and naturogest. Complete all antenatal investigations and get them reviewed by your Obstetrician.
