I have been developing black spots on my skin which seem to be an insect bite according to the dermatologist. But the surface has become darker and also very rough black spots on my arms and legs. I have been prescribed with skinoren and elicasal creams but it doesn't seem to be working. This issue has been pertaining over a year.
