Hello My son has recently developed some black spots on palm and foot and these cause itching. These patches or spot are enlarging These black spots are not over the skin but are under the skin and the skin over these spots has is also getting hard, like the ones who do gym or people using spades One more thing he sweats a lot specially palm and foot Pl help
