What is this black shade in my eye. I was masturbation addict. Now iam trying to get rid of it. Also there are red blood vessels always strained around my eyes ,that makes my eye feel like dry. Which of disease / difficiency is it ?

It's looking like hyperpigmentation . No need to worry if it increases in size and colour,  Consult Ophthalmologist.
Next Steps
Use Refresh eye drops 4 times per day for a week . Consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation.

It is Normal. Pigmentation present.pl avoid maturation.pl take counseling. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

It's pigmentation.  Nothing to worry.  You can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a month for dry eye
