Dear doctors can someone pls explain me what is this i have this patch from a year its dry and itch alot during winters pls let me know any ointment or something to soothe it also to remove this dark scar from my foot. Thank you

It's a dry skin patch with hyperpigmentation. If you keep on scratching it can get more worse. Let the skin heal , you can moisturise the area with body moisturisers , twice to thrice a day.
