My father has noticed a black purplish patch today morning.. he is medically fit and does smoke a bit. Is there anything to worry about or just a normal situation? Your guidance will be highly appreciated.

anywhere else on body? is it itchy? since when it is present? does it come and go frequently ? you should consult with me online and we can approach the situation accordingly. hope this is helpful.
