Hi I have a heaviness in my left eye and as per the picture attached I can see the black patch. What is it related to?? Is it anything serious? I wear specs and number in that eye is - 12

Hello This black patch seems conjunctival pigmentation. It looks benign Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist
