Hello doctor, 2-3 days ago one insect bitten me and gave m little swelling and sweet itching, so yesterday night i applied detol there and covered it fully with detol wet cotton, now after 2-3 hours ,that area turned black and now burning sensation is there. Is it required to be worry ,and what should i apply.
