Black lump on earlobes + low discharge

I have a black lump on both sides of my earlobes since past 3 three due to wearing tarnished jewellery. It smells very bad and discharges very low water like liquid. It is a pea sized black mark. How to heal it?

I think u need oral antibiotics for few days ..
