Due to medicine reaction my lips has turned black, I HAD PINK LIPS BUT AFTER MEDICINE REACTION,MY LIPS GOT SWOLLEN AND ITCHING AFGER THAT MY LIPS SKIN WAS PEELING OFF THEN ITS TURNED BLACK. SO WHAT IT ITS PERMANENT TREATMENT .IS THERE ANY LASER TREATMENT OR PERMANENT LIP TATTOO
