My daughter is aged 7yrs physically fit and fine. Recently we had seen black line on the upper and lower gums. Pic enclosed. Otherwise she is not having any dental problem. Pl advise what is this? Otherwise she is maintaing a good oral hygiene.

Hello mam Please do not worry about this black color discoloration. These are called Melanin pigmentations. It is also present in our skin and responsible for different skin tones. Pictures shows normal healthy gums with normal Melanin Pigments.
