hello floaters are due to vitreous (gel in eye) liquifaction there is no treatment for this just avoid seeing them these are entirely normal consult ophthalmologist if these suddenly increase in number This is a provisional diagnosis. consult your ophthalmologist for detailed examination

Generally it is natural degeneration of vitreous.sometimes it is because of retinal hole development too.so better you consult retinal surgeon and get it confirmed.if it is because of vitreous degeneration then just ignore them.look for flashes of light also.if it is there then just consult retinal surgeon urgently.

Kindly consult an ophthalmologist specifically Retina consultant. They might be physiological but better to rule out any pathology.
