Hello doctor, from the last year I have  a problem.... On my nose black dots appear (not moles) then they turn to huge pimples... Any solution??

Hi it can be treated with certain oral medications...later scar can be treated with chemical or mechanical peeling or laser therapy...consult dermatologist they will do the needful
