Hi. Greetings. What you are mentioning could be cherry angiomas. However I am not aware if they change colour due to mood changes. Usually a vascular lesion appears dark when it contains venous blood. I would suggest you get examined directly by a dermatologist in your city and if there's any doubt about the diagnosis a biopsy can be done. Hope this helps.
